Product Details:

1. You have to enter correct spelling carefully in the box provided. 
   
2. If there is any mistake you have to notify us immediately at info@indosurgicals.com and 011-49092567.
3. After engraving no change request will be accepted. 
4. Maximum 15 English characters are allowed.
5. Laser marking will be done only in Calibri (Body) font. 
6. Return/Replacement will not allow after engraving, however 5 year warranty will be applicable against any material or manufacturing defect.

Warranty: IndoSurgicals provides all warranty service from head office based in New Delhi. So all repairs and replacement are done from our head office. Buyer must be courier or bring the product to our head office. All courier or carriage costs up to our head office must be paid by the buyer. After repair or replacement IndoSurgicals will ship the product at buyer’s registered address through courier without any shipping charges.
